📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If your area has delivery restrictions, our team will contact you directly.

🕒 Delivery Timeline

  • Karnataka: 2–4 working days

  • South India: 3–5 working days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 working days
    Note: Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

📦 Packaging

All products are securely packed using food-grade, eco-safe packaging to ensure freshness and safe delivery.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also check the status under "My Orders" in your account.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or natural disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • Pin code service issues

We will notify you in such cases and work to resolve it quickly.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Sahyadri Siri, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products straight from Malnad to your kitchen. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within fair and simple guidelines.

📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • You inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • You provide clear photos of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, wrong item)

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is opened, used, or tampered with

  • You no longer want the product for personal reasons

  • The return request is raised after 48 hours

🔄 Exchange Process

  • If your order is eligible for an exchange, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

  • You may need to return the damaged/incorrect product in its original packaging.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the error is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For ineligible returns, shipping charges will not be refunded.

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID and issue details

  3. Attach photos of the product and packaging
