1. Where do your products come from?
We grow many of our products like Coffee, Cardamom, Nutmeg, and Pepper at our Badamane Estate in Kalasa, Chikkamagaluru. Other items like Tea, Masalas, Dry Fruits, and Seeds are sourced from trusted growers and farmers across India.
2. What types of coffee do you offer?
We offer:
• Coffee Beans (Arabica, Robusta, and blends)
• Filter Coffee Powder in blends like 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, and 100% Coffee (No Chicory)
Each blend is freshly roasted and packed for maximum flavor.
3. Is your filter coffee pure or blended with chicory?
We offer both! You can choose:
• Pure Coffee (100% Arabica/Robusta – no chicory)
• Blended Filter Coffee (with chicory: 80:20, 70:30, 60:40)
Each blend is clearly mentioned on the product label.
4. How fresh are your products?
Very fresh! We roast and pack our coffee in small batches, and spices are sun-dried or hand-processed just before packing. We avoid long shelf times and middlemen.
5. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier partners. Shipping is free above ₹999.
6. How long does delivery take?
• Karnataka: 2–4 working days
• Other states: 4–7 working days
Remote locations may take a little longer.
7. What payment options do you accept?
We accept:
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD available for select pin codes)
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for opened or used food items.
9. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also log into your account on our website to check the order status.
